UDA

     Today and yesterday was the annual Utah Dental Association Convention.  This was the first UDA Convention I have ever gone to.  It was pretty fun but I enjoyed UDHA Convention in the fall more because it was all about dental hygienists.  Both mornings I rode Frontrunner down to Salt Lake and then rode home with my parents.  It was fun to be in Salt Lake for a few days and do something different. 
     Thursday I went to lunch with Michelle, Karen, Leigh, Tori, Kayla, and Julie.  We went to Paradise Bakery and enjoyed a yummy lunch, they have the best chocolate chip cookies EVER!!!  I'm craving one right now.  We ended up sitting at the table for 3 hours just talking.  I think I was at Paradise bakery longer than I was actually at the convention Thursday.  When we got back to convention I talked to a couple of loupe vendors and decided which ones I wanted to buy.  Yup, I did it...I spent more money at once than I have ever done in less than 5 minutes, besides our monthly house payment.  I felt kind of sick to my stomach after I ordered them but I think I will really like them and they will help me a lot. 
     This morning I went to a class about the use of lasers in dentistry.  It was pretty interesting and I learned a lot of things that I didn't know lasers could be used for.  For lunch we went to Benihana's.  I wasn't too impressed with what I had and the price but it was fun to do something different.  A few hours later my parents picked me up and took me to the Red Iguana for dinner.  I have had my share of eating out lately.
     SPRING BREAK HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN!!!
